Resumen

Resumen: Las fístulas durales se definen como un “shunt” anormal entre arterias durales y senos venosos durales, venas meníngeas o venas corticales. Su presentación clínica varía desde ser asintomáticas hasta provocar déficit neurológico severo por hemorragia intracraneal. Dentro de las opciones de tratamiento se encuentra el manejo endovascular y la microcirugía. El uso de marcadores como la fluoresceína es una opción descrita desde 1948, que facilita la identificación de las estructuras, pudiendo facilitar al cirujano realizar una técnica más efectiva, en menor tiempo quirúrgico y respetando la anatomía.
