INTRODUCCIÓN: El bloqueo y lesión por radiofrecuencia de los ramos póstero-mediales espinales (RPME) han sido utilizados como tratamiento para dolor espinal de origen facetario. El objetivo es describir y analizar el desenlace a largo plazo en términos de control del dolor en un grupo de pacientes con cuadros severos, crónicos y refractarios tratados con estos procedimientos.
