Abstract

La asociación entre aneurismás intracraneal y tumores cerebrales ha sido descrita escasamente en la literatura, siendo los tumores más frecuentemente relacionados los meningiomas y adenomas hipofisarios. La presencia de estas entidades implica consideraciones específicas en al abordaje diagnóstico y terapéutico, puesto que, la presencia de una lesión aneurismática podría implicar riesgos de lesión vascular catastrófica, si esta no se identifica de forma preoperatoria. Se presenta un caso clínico de una paciente con antecedente de resección de adenoma hipofisario funcional, asociado a un aneurisma complejo de carótida interna supraclinoideo, se realiza revisión de la literatura de esta entidad.
