Abstract

La fibrosis epidural es una causa frecuente de dolor lumbar persistente. La epiduroscopia es una técnica que permite la visualización de la cavidad epidural, confirmación diagnóstica de dolor radicular, remoción mecánica de las adhesiones y administración guiada de la medicación, para el manejo de dolor lumbar refractario.
