Introducción: Los adenomas hipofisarios no funcionantes son tumores que por lo general se diagnostican cuando tienen un efecto de masa y su manejo en la mayoría de los casos es quirúrgico cuando son sintomáticos. Por su localización, después de la resección quirúrgica puede haber cambios hormonales. Se analizaron los factores asociados a las alteraciones hormonales antes y después de ser llevados a resección quirúrgica.
