Introducción: La lesión cerebrovascular tiene consecuencias graves en los pacientes con trauma en cuello. Se buscó analizar los factores predictores de lesión vascular en pacientes que presentaron trauma.
Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio de casos y controles, incluyendo pacientes que presentaron trauma vascular cerrado o penetrante. El estudio se realizó en el Hospital Universitario del Valle, desde junio de 2014 hasta junio de 2019. Se incluyeron pacientes mayores de 14 años, que requirieron estudio vascular con angiografía por sustracción digital. Se evaluaron los criterios de Denver y las características clínicas y de imágenes al ingreso.
