Abstract (English)

Coil migration is a rare condition and is represented by only 0.5% of complications in endovascular therapy. This complication can be discovered immediately or within the following months after endovascular therapy. Even accidentally by control neuroimaging in asymptomatic patients or by neurological symptoms caused by the migration of embolic material. In this case report we present a patient presenting with a ruptured aneurysm of the left posterior communicating segment, which after the endovascular procedure by skull tomography reveals displacement of the embolization material.
