Resumen

El propósito de esta revisión es recordar la definición del Síndrome de Cirugía de Espalda Fallida (SCEF), sus causas, epidemiología, factores predisponentes, enfoque diagnóstico y terapéutico, y además promover el abandono de esta denominación en favor de formas más precisas de registrar la causa del dolor y que nos oriente a un tratamiento específico.
